About the event
The fall New Boxer Orientation is an exciting opportunity for anyone who is interested in boxing. This program is designed specifically for youth aged 8 to 18, providing a structured and supportive environment where they can learn the fundamentals of boxing. Our coaches have a comprehensive four-week training session where, participants will engage in various strength and conditioning sessions that lay the foundations of boxing skills such as footwork, punching techniques, defensive maneuvers, all tailored to accommodate different skill levels. Whether your child is a beginner eager to learn or has some experience and wishes to refine their skills, this orientation will serve as an excellent foundation for their boxing journey.
